Located in Blackburn, just outside of Aberdeen, Rwconstruction specialises in traditional granite constructed properties, covering the City and Shire with all your roofing requirements.Established since 2004, we use traditional slating, lime pointing and leadwork to maintain time honoured and tested techniques that have recently been rediscovered in the region. With a full understanding of traditional materials and the skills and experience to apply them, you can be confident of repairs and renovations that will last and complement your traditional home.

We offer a wide range of slating services, whether this be a simple fix or a full re-slate. We pride ourselves on using only the finest reclaimed slates to seamlessly blend in with the character of an existing roof or to preserve the heritage of an old or listed building.
We use only the finest of natural lime mortars when it comes to pointing to ensure the long-term benefits to the building, which no cement mix can offer. We can provide a colour match service for any pointing to accommodate small repair/patching jobs. Likewise, with full re-points, we can also offer a colour service with over 400 colours in the palette.
We use traditional lead for all our ridging, valleys and side slips and offer a bespoke welding service to accommodate box gutters, vents and decorative lead finishes.
We offer a full guttering service, from cleaning to full replacement. We offer traditional replacement cast gutters and milled aluminium, which are available in heritage moulds.
We offer a full chimney service and can provide a full rebuild or simple cap replacement. We can provide reclaimed cans and cowls to match any chimney to preserve the look and functionality.
We use the latest market leading scaffolding from Layher and carry a large stock to suit any project need. It’s one of the fasted and safest system scaffolds on the market. With our own in-house access, we eliminate the need for costly third party access.
